Personally, I would go with a "don't fix it if it ain't broken" kinda attitude unless there is a good reason you intend to change it.
That's a really good driver cam and your limitation of .595 lift means you won't likely be stepping up to a cam that's large enough to make the swap worthwhile.

He could probably gain 10-15 HP with a change to a FAST 102/102 setup.
He is also using aftermarket heads. I would be checking my PTV clearances
and then inquire with some of our resident cam guru's to find out what your options will be. Good luck.

I would rather hunt out a deal on a fast intake or something else to optimize the current setup. An intake swap is less than 1/4 the effort of swapping the cam and retuning the car in hopes of picking up a realistic 10rwhp.
More than 1 way to skin a cat.
