Default Ptv??

have a question about my Clearence on my 04 5.3 currently running milled .030 799 heads with a .051 head gasket and a xr259hr cam. Specs on cam are 206/212 .515/.522. I have to replace the lifters so I am gonna run some .036 gaskets and wanna run some accelerated lift 1.8 rockers. What is everyone's thoughts on this. I will check it but was getting some opinions before I buy the rockers.

Lift has very little effect on ptv. You'll be fine in this aspect. I believe you're good on the thinner gasket as well but maybe some cam guys can chime in and elaborate.

I ran those rockers for a couple of years. IMO, waste of time and money and they are a pain to set up with studs having to be installed in the heads with red loctite and the jam nuts and guide plate arrangement. If you want more ratio, I would instead look at the SLP which are the same design as GM rockers in a higher ratio, however if your cam has a fast ramp I would stick with 1.7 rockers.
