Default LS7 Lifter & AFR Head replacement w/ Super Vic???

I've got a lifter tick and going to replace, but which ones??? I'm using the LS7 lifters right now. Thinking of going link bar, but which ones??? Also since I'm replacing the lifters, should I replace my 6 year old AFR 225's with the 230's or go really big with the 245's????? Mods in my sig..........

I thought long and hard about link bar lifters myself but I went with Brian Tooleys SLR (slow leakdown rate) lifters, best part... $200

The advantage of link bars is added stability at higher rpms by getting rid of the plastic lifter trays.

Unless your running high rpms, a good quality standard lifter will suit your needs

I would personally shoot a PM to Tony Mamo for guidance on the heads. Who better to provide insight to the differences. As for the lifters, I run the Morels and there is no comparison to standard GM lifters. Plus, they are fully rebuildable by Morel is something ever happens.

I would use a Crane lifter myself.
