Should I buy this Fast intake?
http://portland.craigslist.org/clc/pts/3523297720.html
I found this on Craigslist. I have been planning on buying an ls6 for my build but this one could be had for about the same price. Now I know I will have to buy ls2 fuel rails and a TB, but my main question is why would a FAST intake be so inexpensive? If I were to go look at it, what areas should I focus on to make sure nothing is broken or in otherwise not functional?

Great deal! Check for stripped bolt holes and any cracks near corners. Check and see if it's been ported - I'd rather buy one that has not been ported unless I know who did the work. Does it really appear that he only used it for only 6 months and x amount of miles?

If it's good to go, and you buy it let us know. That would be the cheapest FAST 102 I've ever seen, making it stolen lol On a serious note, craigslist deals can be so sketchy sometimes. I normally take the ol' trusty .45 when I complete a transaction from craigslist.
