Default Help! Metal parts in engine oil

Hi!
I have changed my LS1 98 trans am engine oil. Only 38000 miles. I found the metal parts of the pic in the oil drain plug...
The car runs smooth and perfect, also in high rpms. ONLY at idle you can appreciate slighty little noises like a free screw or something inside. No drops in rpm, but motor doesn´t have a uniform vibration. Can you help me?

Thanks!

Here is the rocker arm kit you need, although there are other vendors for it.
