miss fire I have a 2003 6.0 from a h2 hummer that i put into a jeep. Getting everything raped up and running im getting a miss fire on #3#5 and #4#6 i have done everything i can think of has power to all coils and injectors and they are firing and im at a loss any thoughts

I miss fire too, keeps me warm. Maybe somewhere during "getting everything raped up" everything went to ****?
But in all seriousness, was the motor running right when you pulled it? Did you check to see if the hummer was throwing codes?
