6.0 crank in 5.3

If I wanted to put a 6.0 crank in my 5.3. would I gain anything and what would I other than the 6.0 crank

you do realize that a 6.0, 5.7 and 5.3 all have the same stroke right??? So you wont gain anything.

4.8 and 7.0 are the only ls with different cranks
