99 Silverado, 4.8L, manual trans, 4x4, ext cab, lifted with 37" tires.

I'm looking for a cam that will give me more torque for towing and not killing the MPG anymore. I'd like to keep the stock valve train. I'm not looking for max performance gains but a little more useable power. On occasion I move a 30ft camper for a buddy and that POS is heavy. I know I need a bigger truck.

Only mods are cold air intake, FAST programmer, and true duals with cats only.

I've read a bunch of forums and no one mentions a manual truck and all are conflicting on what to use.

Hopefully someone has some first hand experience with them.
