Iron LS2 build w 243's and stock LS6 intake and 243?

Iron LS2 build w 243's and stock LS6 intake and 243? I'm working on building a iron LS2 I'm using a LY6 6.0 block with LS2 flat tops a set of bone stock OE 243 gm ASA cam because it's laying around and stock LS6 intake and TB.
Seeing as this is more or less a stock build will the LS6 intake and cable TB hold this combo back any. I'm trying to use up a bunch of left over parts and keep this build on the cheap.
Minus changing cams what would be the next step up LS3 heads and intake with a 90mm cable throttle body. How much of a horsepower jump can you expect going from the LS6 style setup to LS3 top end.
