Default 102 Throttle Bodies: FAST vs. Nick Williams

Did a search but couldn't find much....looking to go with a fast 102 intake setup and am surfing around for throttle body options. Is there any discernable difference between the Fast 102 and the Nick Williams 102 aside from cost? I.e. performance, throttle response, etc? Am I able to use the stock idle control motor and throttle position sensors on either of these?

edit: I may have posted this in the wrong section. mods tow this if necessary

heres food for thought. unless you have maxed out a 92mm TB, you wont see any gains from it. a 92mm flows enough to support over 550rwhp

I've heard of issues with low airspeed problems with NW.

Most of the tuners have fixed it, but a lot of folks opt for the NW 92mm TB to avoid.

The FAST has a lip at the bottom that helps with low speed airflow/turbulence. I did the FAST, because FAST designed it that way to avoid any issues with airflow that tuning probably can't always account for.

I don't like mixing parts at the expense to save a few dollars. I can sleep better at night knowing my FAST intake has a FAST TB in front of it which it was designed for.

FWIW....I have a FAST 102 with a 92mm TB. I made 455hp on a Chassis Dyno.

NW102 here, no complaints. Did get a little bit of stick with the blade closed after a WOT run in new england in november. I seem to remember seeing some threads of folks not impressed with the fast tb, so you might search.

Throttle response with my cam and the 102 is retarded...not sure why people say they are too big...the iac maybe? Mine works fine, but ive got a good tuner.

You said a mouthful there. From what I've read so far, low speed stability really seems to be dependent on your MAF and your tuner's proficiency at working with it. Throttle response is what I'm after.
