Default what had gasket for 408 with lsa or ls3 heads

What is the correct head gasket.

I know I can do ls9 since those are popular and they r fit

But I want the correct. Correct bore size
If u say ls9 then why

You need the head gasket to have a slightly bigger bore than your cylinder/chamber so you have NO gasket exposed inside the bore...if I remember right .020" larger is recomended for proper seal, so the ls9 gasket will work perfect for you

Tsp said I had to use a 4.085 for these heads. That would make sense too at .020 larger than the chamber.
