Default Info on these Rods?

Im looking at connecting rods and im trying to find out if they are the "on-center" ls rods or the off center 350 rods. I asked my builder about some Scat rods before and he told me they were off center 350 rods and that the on center LS rod would be better for my LQ9 408 motor. Are these on center or off center 350 rods? http://texas-speed.com/p-450-scat-h-...000-bolts.aspx

Anyone ever use 350 rods for an LS build?
What are the pros and cons of these two different styles for use in a 408?

I'd call and ask Texas Speed what they are, I'd only run the correct non offset LS rods.
