Do 241 and 243 heads use the same rockers?

Do 241 and 243 heads use the same rockers? I'm asking because I just upgraded my trunions for my 241's and now I'm thinking while I'm at it I should just swap to 243's at the same time. So can I just swap the rockers from the 2 heads?

Amen that is exactly what I'm doing too, wanted to go better with a pro ported / polished set of 241's at a local build shop and just thought wth?! for a few bucks more just go with ported 243's and better springs, etc.
