Default XER287HR few questions

Are any of you guys running this cam?? Ive been running this cam for several years in my pretty much stock 04 gto and havent had any issues. I recently sent a set of 243s to AI for the 226cc port job. I opted for no milling. Just a surface job, .003-.005. Im by no means a tech savy. For the guys running this cam or even if your running something similar, have you had any issues with ptv clearance on a set of heads other than the stock 241s or for you early fbody guys with 853s ? Im worried that with these heads im going to run into issue and after reading some posts earlier, it really has me paranoid. Im trying to cover all basis. I want to do the work myself but i want some input on what you guys think. I know. Alot of you guys are going to say that the ptv needs checked and the pushrod length will have to be checked. But again, when i hear that my brain scrambles in a million different directions. Just wanting to know what has worked for other people. The specs on that cam are 238/240 .605/.609 112lsa

I would call comp cams, and see what they say? I Believe you will still have to measure to be sure though. Comp is very helpfull with customer service.

Piston to valve clearance will be fine on those heads with the stock valves. Shouldn't be any closer than what you have now.

Would the pushrod length still need to be measured? Im currently running the comps (7.400) Some guys say that what i have will be ok and others say no. Im gonna replace the lifters with the stock replacement ls7's
