some cylinder heads in the shop
Couple cnc'd cylinder heads we have laying around for various customers builds and my own. Also have 2 sets of 280cc LS3 heads here as well that have been CNC'd by Phil@Ai, but no pictures of them yet. I'll get some soon.
TEA TFS 215's:
Ai 232cc 243 castings:
Ai 280cc LSA castings(mine):
Cross sectional area comparison. 280cc, 232cc, 215cc
Cross sectional area comparison. 90cc, 80cc, 80cc
Any questions about each build feel free to ask! We use Ai and TEA for all of our CNC work and TEA is where we buy our TFS heads from as they do awesome work with the TFS castings. We use PRC from time to time as well when a customer requests it, but don't currently have anything of theirs here in house.

That's just wrong to tease us like that!!! LOL But they sure look like artwork, no doubt about it!! Maybe in the near future I'll see some pictures I recognise!

We can do another set of LSA's, or even go to a set of LS9's! That said, we can always have your LS3's done. I'll post up pictures of the 280cc LS3's we have here right now and the other set of LS3's we have at Ai. Those are being done for that stock bottom end 2013 Grand Sport with the YSi on it that made 765rwhp. Hoping it cracks well over 800rwhp with the new CNC heads.

Ready to do the same to yours Matt?!?!?! I know I am!
I would have to say they'd perform very well. Whenever you can increase CFM with the same size valve at the same given valve lift, velocity will always increase. FPS in the port IMO is critical to good torque production.
I've added a set of Mast medium bore 256cc cylinder heads. They utilize a 2.165" intake valve and a 1.600" exhaust. I'll include flow numbers from the Mast website below the pictures.
Flow Data w/4.000" Bore Plate
