Default Throwing codes after a tune

I just had the car dyno tuned after installing new headers, and everything seemed okay after the tune.

However, the next day I got the check engine light, so I ran the codes and got:

P0154
P0134

These reference "circuit condition" (heated oxygen sensor bank 2, sensor1, and bank 2, sensor 1)

Do you think they forgot to delete the O2 sensors?

Default

Long tube headers I assume.
How old are the o2s?
These are the fronts and usually not deleted.
Anything related to bankX sensor 1 is seldom deleted.

Take it back and have them check the switching on the 02s
But I am going to say it is time for a replacement.
