Air Bubbles on dipstick

Air Bubbles on dipstick
I'm having a issue with the oil pressure, at cold start up the oil pressure gauge will hang around 10 psi for about 2 seconds then go up to 60 and stay there. I suspect the o ring on the oil pickup tube may be leaking air into the oil. If I shut the car off and check the dip stick you can see a few tiny bubbles in the oil on the dip stick. If I wait a few minutes with the engine off they are gone.
Also I'm getting lifter tap but only on cold start, warmed up its quiet but the tiny air bubbles are still there if I shut it off and check it quick. The oil doesn't look foamy, just some tiny air bubbles.
Oil pressure hot idle is 42 and rises to 65 at WOT.
All stock 02 WS6, Trying to diagnose it and be sure its a o ring problem before I tear into it.
I checked my jeep after it was warmed up and it had some tiny bubbles in the oil on the dipstick too, so I think its normal.
Could someone please start up your engine and get it warm, then turn it off and check carefully to see if you get any small air bubbles on the dip stick. Thanks
