Need help with cam specs! This came out of a 383. I'm not a cam specialist by far. Can some one help me put these specs in order so I know what I have. Thanks . Any help is appreciated.

It looks like 2 master codes are on that cam so not sure actually which one it is but see attached link as both HR master codes are mentioned in different specs http://www.iskycams.com/LS1OCT.pdf
