Another pushrod thread
So I am putting in my new heads (prc stage 1 ls6) and cam (MS4) together. I am using a pushrod length checker (using stock rockers with the comp upgrade) and I just want to see if what I am coming up with sounds right.
With cyl 1 on base circle, the pushrod checker at 7.300 it is barley loose to the rocker. So I give it a quarter turn and it is now up lightly touching the rocker, which would give me 7.3125 so if I add in 0.050 pre-load it should put me around 7.362.
I have 7.375 pushrods, would I be ok running those?
This is my first time ever doing this and just want to make sure I get it right Thanks

Have you set up a wipe pattern to actually make sure your length will be correct?
What are you giving a "quarter turn"? The rockers or are you extending the pushrod checker out?
Just questions out of curiosity lol.
Were the heads milled at all for more comp?
