Question 317 heads VS stock

I bought a 99 M6 Z28 last week on ebay that was listed having the only mods as BBk LT headers, y-pipe and Borla Exhaust. After popping the hood on delivery of the car I could tell that at some point it had a turbo and intercooler installed. Further confirmed by the 317 heads that I noticed a few days later. What kind of performance loss should I expect with theses heads on a NA motor? Would it be worth it to go back to a stock 241 or 853? Another surprise was that the rear end had been swapped out and has 3.23 gears in it? A common MOD with turbo Z28s???

Have them milled.. They flow identical to 243s but lower compression a tad.
