First let me say don't get caught up on dyno numbers. Secondly, you should probably reach peak hp around 6200 or so rpm, and carry pretty flat till 6800 or so. Sounds like it will be fun

The cam kit most likely is for stock heads. Once you swap heads and gaskets, you won't know your pushrod length until you measure.
That being said, what are the specs of the cam? Does EG release the specs? I thought that was a 240/240 camshaft. If so, that thing will peak around 6400 (because, well that's where all FAST 90s peak due to the runner design of the intake) - but it will probably carry well past that.
It'll have very little bottom end due to the size. And I'm assuming your heads are unmilled to fit the cam? If so, that doesn't help - you need to raise the compression quite a bit for that combo to shine. Flycut and mill the heads. Hell, you might need to flycut anyway to fit that cam with those heads and larger valves.

I don't know if it's 240/240 - EG says this:
EnglandGreen Mayhem II Cam™ : formally our Monster Cam™, but now completely redesigned - and much larger! Duration is in the low 240s range.
Is that right?
Also saw Reckhart post this: 23x/24x 0.63x/0.63x 113 LSA.
So it could be 230/240 113 at which point, it'll actually be a decent cam.
