Default building a 408, now do i run my prc ls6 heads or l92 heads?

decided iam building a CARBURATED 408, sold my 347 to my buddy, now cant decide what head to run, i currently have prc ls6 2.5 heads with manley valves, prc gold springs, and jesel rocker shafts, now would it be worth it to get l92/ls3 style heads? and a carb intake like a edelbrock victor jr? how much power would i really see? the car is a full drag car now will mostly see the track with minimum street use, also will be shooting for 12-13to1 compression, any help is appciated thanks..

Personally, I would go with the L92 heads the flow numbers would be a little better but not a bad choice either way

I personally would go with the square port LS3/L92 style heads with your setup. But you already have the LS6's and they should work pretty good as well

Square port will net you more power due to the increased CFM with the L92 heads. It is a proven power maker.

Hands down the L92's

You'll definitely gain more especially if they're ported. Go with a reputable sponsor such as AI or WCCH.

They'll even spec you a cam, assemble your heads and possibly port your carb manifold with a portmatch job.
