knock sensor harness

knock sensor harness I am redueing a LS6 ground up and found that i didnt have a knock sensor harness, i got a new one, and wanted to know , if the rubber gromet on the harness just smashes between the back of the block and the intake manifold, or is there a special place is sets into?
