Where do you get a 160* theremostat? Is there a vehicle application that you can use to get one from a parts store or do you have to get one from the LS specialty venders?

Is that all one piece and is it only for the LS1 style? I have an 04 LQ4 and am using the truck style water pump and accessory setup.

I think it would work lq4 is the same as ls2 just different valley plates. One is aluminum other is iron. Ls2 part are usually enter changeable with ls1/ls6. Take a picture of your thermostat and ill compare it with my ls1. I think its a two piece if Ican remember the thermostat is one piece, than the housing.

If it's an 04, you need the cheaper thermostat.

You can get it right from autozone or any of those places. Thats what i did. For my 04 lq4

Mr Gasket makes a 160 Degree thermostat for the non-integral waterneck.

We have all three LSX styles in stock. Being a 04 it would take the thermostat only (smaller diameter) no housing.
