Rwhp?
im not sure if this is the correct section.
i know alot of members dont like these type of threads,
im about to pull the trigger on a h/c/i set up on my 98 ls1 z28 181k miles auto.
mods are the following.(still undecided on the cam)
lid
underdrive pully
ls6 intake
ported tb
lt headers
3 inch exhust to a cut out before the borla catback
stock 243 heads
tsp 228r cam
ls7 lifters
prc double springs
7.4 pushrods
ls6 ported oil pump
ls2 timming chain.
3200 stall or 3600
and i belive thats it.
any one running a similar setup ? what a good estimate of how much it will put down RWHP? thanks in advance.

Stock (Even though they're 243) heads, Small Cam, Auto... You'd be lucky to hit 400rwhp on a DynoJet in my opinion. It will be a fun setup without a doubt, but if you're getting caught up in the numbers then you may not be happy. With that being said, I'm sure you'll enjoy the car with out a doubt. Cams are fun!

All these cams including the 228R are Comp XER lobes. Very aggressive so you should be prepared to change springs around 30k miles or every 3 to 4 years.
