Default Cam selection help

I have a 2000 Z28 that I am looking to get to get between 425-450hp when I'm done with it. Nothing is installed on the car right except a slp lid and Ls7 clutch. I have some parts laying around that I want to use on the car that include ls6 intake, ls2/ls6 heads (not sure on the casting number, will check later today also the heads have the valves and stock springs but no rockers) pace setter long tubes, and an after market throttle body (can't remember what one). With the cam I will be buying all parts needed ( timing chain, oil pump, push rods, ect.). I don't DD this car so drivability isn't an issue, but I would like to have some fun on the street and at the track. Opinions needed please!

Something around a 230/236 .600/.600 112lsa? If you keep your lift at or just under .600" your valvetrain will last longer with less maintainance. I ran a 238/242 in my GTO daily driver and it was a hair too big.
