Default Am I over-sprung?

I've done some research but I can't find any clear guidance. I'm looking for advice on what others have done.

I'm running new AFR 210 V2 heads on with the standard springs. They are a double-spring style. Here are the spring details:
Part No. AFR-8017
360 lb/in
0.600" max valve lift
135 lb on seat

Here is my cam card:

Here are the rest of my valvetrain components:
GM lifters (aka LS7), 0.045" preload
Comp Chrome-moly Pushrods
Comp rocker trunnion upgrade
AFR titanium retainers
2.02" stainless intake valves, AFR-7207
1.60" stainless exhaust valves, AFR-7228

I've read where others have used a single beehive style spring with a similar sized cam as me. What do you guys think? Would I benefit from a different spring?

I don't spin the motor past 6k, and I'm mostly interested in driveability and longevity of components.

Any guidance is appreciated, thanks!

Not atall oversprung, I think it will be fine. If those spring endup not working well it will because they are too light not too heavy. The extra mass of doubles means you need more pressure to control the valvetrain given the same cam.

You are fine. They aren't too light.

giving lift numbers are good and all, BUT....... what if the ramp rates are extremely aggressive. I wish when people toss around their cam specs, they would include lobes.

Those appear to be xe lobes which arent aggressive. What more do you need besides that cam card? Theres a 53 degree split between the .050 and .006 duration giving you a ramp rate of 53. Thats soft for average lsx camshafts.
