Default A new 440 build!

Hey guys, wanted to discuss this build with you...

C5 vette
TH400 tranny
4200 stall speed convertor
3.73 rear end ratio
Ls2 sleeved block
4.185 bore
4.00 stroke
Ls7 285 heads
11.8 compression
258/262 112 cam

I wanted to know the benefit of the 4.185 bore and 4.00 stroke over the ls7 bore 4.125 and 4.100 stroke?
Am sure it will give me a lot of RPM but I still need experts comments

Unshrouds the valves as well for better flow.
