Default Will an LQ9 (6.0L) block fit in a 04' GTO?

I want to swap the LS1 5.7 engine block with a LQ9 6.0 block out of a 2006 Chevy truck.

Will it "physically" fit in my GTO? Is it plug and play? Will it bolt to the transmission, engine mounts...etc?

This^ no offense to the op but when newer members come on here and ask questions like this it makes others not want to answer because it shows a lack of experience and searching on the ops part. I understand everyone needs to start somewhere but you need to do research on your own then ask educated questions.

To answer the original question almost everything will swap right over minus the alternator bolt

There is an alt bolt hole drilled and tapped the the lower driverside front of the ls1 block that is not there on the lq4/9....you can drill and tap for it, but I just didn't run that bracket bolt when I swapped my iron block into my 04 GTO
