706 heads are off a 5.3L engine...241's off a 5.7L. The 706 heads have a smaller combustion chamber factory, however im not sure about the intake runners or exhaust runners compared to the 241's...

The combustion chamber is notably smaller on the 706. I just dont know which i will get more power out of

Once properly CNC ported with equal valves they will make similar power. 706 doesn't stay 61.5cc if cnc ported. Bigger valves are needed as well in 706. 241 on the other hand can use stock 2.00/1.55 valves and flow close to 300cfm (properly done by the right people).

And to add to it, they are essentially the same head once you take the valves/valve job out of the equation. The actual port runner and CSA are the same.
