Exclamation 1 Header Glowing RED HOT!! Please Help!

Last nite fine tuned my friends Trans-Am gave a small WOT run and XXXX pulls! Shortly got home checked under the hood to see how things were since ive done alot of work to it the past month (its a Forged LS3, LS3 Topend, FBO, Cam i belive is a 23X in 24X ex with over .610 lift, and a 3200 stall im thinking on X-Pipe to dual bullets) I popped the hood and the drivers side Header was glowing Red hot for a few seconds and the passengers side was normal, did notice before that when i manually raising Headlights that 1 of the MSD Wires on the drivers side Cylinder 5 was ripped b/c spark was jumping off header and also car would hesistate and Back Fire as if it was running lean on Part Thrttle w/ a AFR of 14.5-15.5 even after adding more fuel, This morning i swapped out busted wire and doesnt Back Fire and Runs alot smoother now but i check Temperature Drivers and Passengers side head are both around 200F but when i check Headers the Passengers reads 350-370F inOperating Temp and Drivers side "glowing red" reads 500-550F, Engine valvetrain is sound and smooth and also i get now misfire codes. Operating Temp is 210ish in city has Dual Car performance Aliuminum Radiator New Water Pump/Thermostat and Bleed out well with DexCool.
I also check scanner and Fuel Trims seem evenly the same and steady so there not get more fuel then the other and Spark Advance is normal as well

Any Ideas
Im gonna pull all the Spark Plugs today and compare em.

Thanks

Well its still turning Red hot but turns back to normal quickly, damn 100 degree exhaust tube to xpipe is probably the issue?
Anyways all cylinders are running at decent temp 450-500F

Has this happened to any1 before on similar exhaust setup?
