rocker arm bolt sticks in to the intake port

I have 317 heads that are ported out and have just noticed that the rocker arm bolts stick through in to the port will this cause any issues?

normal. blue loctite and run em.

I use red hi-temp RTV silicone on my intake rocker arm bolts.

Can also grind or cut it down a little so that it doesn't extend into the port. +1 on the blue loc-tite or a thread sealer.
