Default PML Valve covers. Anyone use them?

Looking at some valve covers without the coils. I found these:

Clicky

Anyone have any experience with them?

These would be going on a LQ4 which only has 1 nipple on the passenger side VC and pcv on the driver side. I have the LS6 valley cover to convert the PCV system so if I were to go this route should I block off the driver side hole or use it as a breather like they have it on the site. Same thing for passenger side, should I block off the hole and drill a separate hole for the nipple?

Thanks in advance for any insight.
