Default Camaro is hard to Start

my 98 camaro z28 is having some starting issuses, it doesnt turn on the first time, but it does on the second time, i really dont know what it could be im not getting any codes, and i just replaced the air filter, fuel filter,oil, battery,fuel pressure regulator, spark plugs, i really dont know what it could be, its only hard to start after its been sitting for a while but if i turn it on then off, then i try to turn it on quickly after i turned it off it starts fine. i really want to fix this problem cause its giving me a headache ive been trying to fix this for a while

The fuel pump was replaced last year, although this new one does Make some wierd humming noise when its on, anyways im going to have a look at the fuel pump later on today, is ther anyting I should look at when im there?? an what could cause the low fuel pressure???

YESSSS I FIXED IT, soo I took out the whole fuel assembly right after I turned off the car, checked the fuel assembly and noticed one of the fuel pump hoses had a small hole in it, right after I replaces the hose I primed it and it turned on normal, then I let it sit for 30+ mins and tried to start it with out primeing it and it started normal
