Default LS1 VS LS6 intake exhaust valve weight difference results

I had access to a gram scale this week and had a set of LS1 valves and LS6 valves, figured it would be good to post up the information to see how they compare.

It seems to me if someone was to build a max effort N/A high rpm build swapping in the intake valves alone could prove to gain high rpm valvetrain stability. I can not remember but I believe these intake valves go for $19 each new? might be worth it on my next head swap.

Do you have weights for all of them? How much did they vary?

Got some results on the full set of LS1 valve and LS6 valves

LS1
INTAKE; 98.3g 99.6g 98.5g 100.8g 99.1g 99.8g 99.4g 99.2g 2.5g variance
EXHAUST; 86.3g 85.7g 86.3g 85.8g 85.2g 85.3g 85.1g 85.4g 1.2g variance

LS6
INTAKE; 74.1g 74.2g 74.8g 74.6g 74.3g 74.4g 74.6g 74.6g .7g variance
EXHAUST; 65.2g 65.2g 65.4g 65.0g 65.1g 65.2g 64.5g 65.4g .9g variance

I was really expacting the LS6 sodium valves to vary more from anything , but the stock LS1 valves were the disappointment at 100+grams ...I guess the quality of the L6 components are better then I thought

Last I remember Pace or SDPC were getting like almost $600 per set (16) for
these valves. I got really lucky back in Jan. 2011 finding a set of new take-
outs from another member for $185 shipped. About the best/cheapest way
now is to get a used set of 243 heads off a ZO6 Vette...usually around $400
