With a cleanup cut and not much else (.005 or so) and a stock gasket you can probably get by, but with .030 milled off id say no way. That being said the only way to know is measure

I have a much bigger cam with milled 243's and I'm okay. Same as my last cam and even the ms4 fits

An MS4 will barely hit... did this on a buddy's car with stock unmilled 853's. Never pulled the heads off so it had stock gaskets. Was such minimal contact that you could barely see the marks on a couple of the pistons.

The MS4 clears with a stock headed Ls1/2 setup with stock gaskets.

Got a better description:??? It BARELY hit and there wasn't any material to go anywhere... nic'd the flattop just enough to create a small pit. I didn't setup/install the cam, only was there to see it taken apart after the eng. spun a rod bearing.

Just for everyone's info. Even if you just tap a valve to the piston the valve should be replaced. The valve head could be bent a minimal amount and you may not be able to tell until the head falls off the stem or you otherwise disassemble for inspection.
