Default Help with a motor...

I had a friend call me about a motor he had found for sale (I believe its on another forum). Hes a BBC guy but ive been trying to talk him into putting a LS in his el camino hes building. He sent me over the info on it but im not to much on engine internals other than cams. Hoping some others could chime in and give some more info and insight. looking for approx hp/tq numbers, reliability, quality of parts, cost to build, streetability etc. Hes not a drag racer just looking for a fun weekend cruiser. I know the cam is in the low 240's so its deff a top end max effort cam which may be a little much for what he needs. otherwise feel free to chime in. any info is better than no info. Thanks in advance

INFO:

LQ4 6.0 Iron block

Parts look pretty good, I would say in the mid-high 400s at the wheels depending on the transmission and rear end.

If his compression is fairly good, has a good exhaust and tune, I think mid 400's is realistic

what kind of compression would ls3 heads and flat tops make? im assuming this is a pump gas engine but I dont know for sure. Any idea what it would cost to build this? (block and internals plus heads ...no intake or oil pan or accessories)
