Lq4 cam bearings came out with cam

Lq4 cam bearings came out with cam Tearing my LQ4 down last night and when removing the cam it suddenly stopped and wouldn't go forwards or backwards. I look thru the cylinders and see the #3-4 cam bearings have slid out with the cam and are now wedging themselves b/w block and cam. Is this normal? Or is my block ruined??

I bought it bout a month ago. It has been a basket case since day 1. Bought from JY told it was running. First it had stuck valve, pulled heads and found mud/water in cylinders. Intake valves rust damage also. Pull it down and start finding water damage in cylinders, oil starvation wear all over, and now this! I'm bout ready to throw in the towel and go 5.3/nos motor like I'd originally planned. Got talked into a 6.0/na by a friend
