Default cam selection! help!!

im wondering if theres any cam that i wont have to change my valve springs,lifters,push rods, etc. im looking for just a drop in cam!!! somebody help

What engine do you have and what valve springs are currently in it?

The GMPP cams are spring friendly. You can use Z06 springs which are cheap. Absolutely change your pushrods they are very weak.

The GMPP cams don't make huge power but they sound good and they are easy on valvetrain components. Tuning will be pretty much require with any cam you decide to use.
