BTR Platinum springs will work with that cam. Your going to want a 4000+ stall for that cam. I hope your invested in rod bolts or a bottom end with that one and have some trans work done otherwise your going to get walked on by 218 duration cams that are better suited to the stock parts.

Im sure the stock stall will be fine because your going to change to DR tires?

Looking to use the cheapest valve springs you can find sounds like a good idea too.

This is just my .02. You need to study a little more before you do a cam install because it seams you have no clue about engines. If you dont get indentions in your pistons from to little pvc you will definatly have a hole when your cheap springs break. I cant see that info even being accurate that cams range is way above the teens and suited for a wild build with all the supporting mods. You would get stomped by v6 rice burners with no stall. You need a mild cam like less than a 224r even that one will require good springs, and a stall.

What lobes are those? Those ramps are solid roller like... 35 degrees from .006 to .050?

Probably the worst build idea ever no offense op. That cam is huge for a stock geared/ headed ls1 not to mention the dr's will make the car hook and it'll be even more of a dog than if it was just spinning on street tires. Cheap valve springs sound like a recipe for disaster also good luck op

you put that in with a stock converter and it will be slower than it is now, and if a valve kisses a piston it won't be moving very long at all

Thanks for the good hearty laugh...

The only thing missing is a donkey-dick cam monicker.

I think most of us know how its gonna do

After reviewing this guys other 3 cam threads. He needs to slow down. Call a sponsor. It looks like he just wants a cam that will lope. Their are much wiser choices than the one above if that's all you want. If you stick the cam in this thread in the car using "the cheapest springs and no stall converter" you are going to be very disappointed in the car the first time you drive it. But itll sure sound cool!

Set up the engine to turn at least 7500RPM with a 4K+ stall, should be a bad little combo.

If i had a forged short block able to twist 8K I would love to try that cam out.

Seriously, what lobes is that cam running. The ramp rate is insane. Is that even a Hydraulic Roller?

Wtf.
