Default Compression ratio of 243 heads milled .030"

I'm about to order my custom cam from Patrick G but I don't have enough info on my heads. I tried contacting texas speed, both on here and through their email with no luck.

I'm looking for the combustion chamber volume of 243 heads milled .030". Flow numbers are in their entirety. Most of them are listed on their website but I'm missing numbers for lifts .100, .550, .650", .700". Port volume for intake and exhaust.

Any help is appreciated.

Depending on their CNC program the chambers are probably about 63 cc.
.100, .550, & anything beyond .600 (few cams w/more lift)...2,3,4,5,6 flow
#'s matter the most.

Thanks for the response.

See now I have conflicting thoughts on the combustion chamber size. I read somewhere that ls6 heads milled .030" with stock head gaskets on a 3.898" bore comes out to 11.0:1 compression. That would have to put them at 60.6 cc. I also read that every .007" off the deck drops combustion chamber size 1 cc. It would be nice if TSP would offer some input.

I was trying to guess based off of my TEA 243s which were milled .040", but
then the CNC program brought the CCs from about 59ish back out to 61.4.
There are only a few small areas of the chamber that did not get machined
on mine and yours were milled .010" less, so I figured to add approximately
1.6 cc to your volume. You could easily get 10.7-11.1 compression with
using a GM .054" or a Cometic .040" gasket.

I'm pretty sure the combustion chambers are not machined.

In that case you are correct at 60.x cc since stock is 64.45 and the 30 cut
knocked off about 4.3 cc or so.
