Do you not have access to a telephone? You obviously have Internet. Why don't you contact the manufacturers of the pistons you're using (Probe) and have them help you. I already looked up the rings for you in the other thread. What do you expect to gain on a forum that Probe can't provide?

I know last time I rebuilt a duramax at work we got the parts from gm and they charged it out as 8 single "piston kits", and that was from the dealer. I know ford individually packages the rings as well

Sorry guys I guess I just panicked when I broke one of the rings because it could mean my plans are ruined and assembly postponed for 4-5 months (till spring). I just didn't know if it's possible at all to order single cylinder set, or only 8-cyl set.
Luckily, I was able to get old stock LS1 2nd ring here in my country, so I plan to use it. I'm a bit worried that gap comes out at .04" but I hope it won't be critical.
KCS, time zone here is so much different that it makes calling US quite difficult

Probe or Perfect Circle?
How bad and how quick do you want to put this back together? I think the rings I have for my Probe pistons were about $110. You can bite the bullet and get a set (and have spares in case you break any more rings) or try to find an identical ring from another manufacturer to save less than $100.

KCS, I emailed Probe. Want really quick : )
I'm also a bit confused, Probe 14231-003 says it's 3.902" bore, so it's not stock 3.898", I guess? Piston itself measures about 3.894-3.896 on crude calipers
P.S. Nearest I see from Wiseco is 39050GK for 3.905" bore. Also Total Seal CR7984-1 and RBT10303 looks close.
These bores are confusing
