On my old setup I had the same exact heads and cam as you, but with a LS6 intake. On a really crappy tune it made 405 rwhp on this particular dyno. With a better tune it was probably an honest 420 rwhp on the average Dynojet dyno. I have 4.10's as well

That was through a 6-speed. I never got a chance to run it before the motor blew. So now I have the same heads but with a bigger cam and more compression on a 370ci LQ9. 90 mph for the mods you have and being full weight is pretty good. Those heads alone are probably worth 30-40 hp on average

So doing lighter carpet alone will will get you down to 3200 lbs? If this is mainly a street car i'd personally go with the 3.90's, but if it mainly sees the track then 4.11's. That's just my opinion

search for prc as cast heads. Sounds like a good head only thing I dont like is that they are 6 bolt. Wont affect anything but I am weird like that and it would drive me nuts with the empty bolt hole.

I went with the 3.90and love it.. Also my set up threw down 424rwhp with stock fuel pump failing.. Getting upgraded fuel pump this weekend an back to dyno. Hoping to get another 10-20rwhp with bigger fuel pump.
