Default More 6.0 help

Thought I'd start a new thread and get some questions answered. I got this 2000 6.0, runs out really good in the truck it's in now. I'm planning on 243 heads, cam and lifters to be decided later, full length headers, new oil pump, arp bolts, etc. I'd like to get 550 hp or better. Now, I can get ecm, and harness out of this truck, is this intake, inj rails alright or do I need something different? I'm trying to decide cost wise wether to go with this inj or to go carb and 6010 msd. If I went to carb, fuel system would be easier or I would think. What do I need to look for on front accessories if I don't have enough clearance at the rad? This is going in a 51 chev pick up so I have to work out what fuel tank, run my lines and all that. If I can figure out the direction I'm going to go, I can sell what I don't need. Being my first ls build to doesn't help.
