Default 06 gto with an ls3 swap, cam gear ?

I am rebuilding an ls3 for my 06 gto and I'll be swapping the reluctor wheel for the 24x but confused about the cam sprocket. Since I'll be using the stock ls3 cam for now which is a 1 bolt cam and I need to have a 1x sprocket, Does any one make it ?

I've searched but there don't seem to be a 1x 1bolt cam sprocket. So that leaves me with keeping the 58x 4x setup and run a converter box Which I don't want to use. Can I simply drill the stock ls2 sprocket for the larger center bolt and just run it ? Anyone tried this ?

Another thing that my buddy is also swapping an ls3 to his 99 camaro, Is it true that he needs to flip the outer two wires of the cam sensor plug to run the 24x 1x setup ?

Thanks.

Your best bet may be to just get the Lingenfelter 58x -> 24x conversion box

Good time for a cam upgrade. ~400 gets you a custom Comp, and can get it in 3 bolt. (That's what I had to do)

yep I allready got my 236/244 eps cam but need to install the stock cam for a while first. I'll either hack the ls2 sprocket or install the eps cam. Looks like I'm gonna drill the sprocket and let you know how it goes!
