Default engine rebuid, top ring has loser gap than bottom?

i need some more professional opinions.

After installing all the piston i realized the moly rings had a loser gap than the second rings, the first rings measured at 19-20 thou and bottoms at 16-17.
Will i suffer from any failures running the engine this way? or should i pull all the the pistons back out and open the bottom gaps bigger?

I would open the second ring gaps up so that they're larger than the top, however, I would also double check to make sure the rings aren't just mixed up (top in second ring groove and second rings in top ring groove).

okay for what little i know the molly ring is the one with the shiny/chrome looking edge and the second was all flat black.

top ring had beveled groove on the top inside and bottom ring had beveled grove on bottom inside. both dots on rings facing up
