Default 5.3 rod bolt torque

Just picked up a 05 5.3 and decided to pull a rod cap to check bearings. I used snap on torque wrench to remove it and it took 63.5 ft lbs to remove it would you torque it back to that or do 15ft lbs 1st pass then 75 degrees?

15ft-lbs and 75 degrees. I wouldn't trust the break away torque.
