I run that cam but with a .574 lift. Probably worth atleast 50rwhp over the stock cam shaft. I picked up 2 tenth and 2 mph over my B1 with this cam at the track. The idle is pretty lopey and will need a tune with no way around it for an A4 but a M6 car might get away with stock tuning for a little while but the car will stall even with a M6 IMO. This cam makes alot of upper RPM power from 2600-6800 rpms so what ever you have it will need some big gearing to get all the power from the cam through the 1/4 mile. Mine is a custom comp. grind from TSP with a little lower lift than the .588 they advertise to keep stress off the vavle springs (918s). Between my TSP custom cam and the one they sell off their site i would say that their is only a 5-7 rwhp difference in power and that may be streetching it some. I call it the S1 (stalker 1) cam since i think im the only one running it I guess it works judgeing by my ETs since im cam only.

I run this cam, 232/228 595/588 112lsa, chops nice, makes good power. What are your plans for the car? You will def. need gears with this cam, trust me.
I put down 383/345 on a mustang dyno (~420/379 on a dynojet) with stage 2 heads and some other mods. Check link in my sig.

Very Nice. That is exaclty what I am looking for. Higher duration with the lower lift. I currently have the TSP228R and have been looking for a cam like this. Tired of the sewing machine sound which is the valves slamming the seats. Can't last near as long as a lobe like this.
