Default What Valve Springs have a.........
White stripe (possibly yellow....but faded if it's yellow) painted on them ??

The heads are 2003 #241 castings

I thought the LS6 springs had a yellow stripe ???, are they the same springs ???

and what is the lift capability of the stock springs ??
is it .550" or .500"

The LS6 springs are solid yellow. I would say the stock LS1 springs would be okay up to .510 or so.
