Default piston to valve clearance? ?rwhp??

I'm doing a lq9 swap in my 01 trans am , I am planning on putting ported and polished 243 heads with .041 mls head gaskets , cutsom grind cam ( 238,242 ( .610-.612 lift) ls6 intake , stock throttle body and full bolt ons , 3600 stall and 410 gears ......2 questions will I have good piston /valve clearance without fly cutting ?? And has anybody got a build like this and what kind of numbers did yall get ?? Thanks in advance

You will definitely need to check ptv with .041,it's gonna be close,better safe

Mine is similar but with PRC stage2.5/5.3 heads and a 6 speed. I'll let you know my numbers this Saturday, so i can finally see what it puts down

I plan on checking valve clearance I was just trying to get a heads up , thanks tho...hell yes look forward to hearing what your car makes , thanks man

I would bet you need to clearance for it.You'll leave atleast 25+off the final # with that intake but it's always nice to know you have more to gain with bolt on mods,very good base you have though,should be pleased with the
#'s it will make
